This week was kind of difficult, while I really wanted to push myself out there and get some different kind of pictures, I stumbled on someones professional photography site, and instead of being inspired, I was jealous.  It was all downhill from there.  The leaves started falling, it started getting darker earlier, the green started turning yellow and well…it was just that kind of week.  Nothing particularly bad, except my attitude.  But yesterday when I took Yoshi for a walk, I decided to bring Nik along too…

There is no shortage of green here, even in the bleak winter months there are still the trees…

Crazy to think just a few weeks ago these had bright pink flowers on them:

Green day:

Yoshi and I took off running through a field of misc weeds, I was trying to get a picture of a cruise ship going through the channel.  On our way back to the road I stopped to see if I could find a 4 leaf clover.  Believe it or not I have never seen one before.  I guess they do exist:

Good-bye leaves:

Until we meet again next year.

I then asked Amanda if she had any “Green” pictures from the week.  She jumped all over it with a statement that was similar to “I do!  I think I might actually maybe have some!” and then a picture of a chicken came over.  Green eggs maybe?  It seemed a bit of a stretch, so I asked her if she had any GREEN pictures.  She was silent and then another chicken came over.  Obviously we werent communicating well – and then she sent me a picture of her tomato plants.

Atleast they are green!  🙂

You found lots of green and did a great job capturing it! And your photography is wonderful. I can’t believe you’d be jealous of anybody elses.
